Personal Biog

I'm married to Coleen, with a 21 yr-old stepdaughter Mikayla who's studying at Exeter University . We have a Cocker Spaniel called Marni who barks at everyone apart from her family for the first 5 minutes of meeting them! I've worked for an Engineering firm for 13 years since I stopped being a full time bike rider.

My heroes are Sean Kelly because he could do it all, and Bernard Hinault because he was like Sean Kelly, rock hard.

My main hobby is my motorbike, a Suzuki GSXR1000K5 - it's so fast it makes me laugh out loud! I've had loads of motorbikes over the years, Fireblades, R1's, Ducatis etc, all good bikes. I've been to the Isle of Man TT Races a few times, those blokes have got some serious guts.

My personal tip is learn how to suffer in a race. My aims for this year are for the team to be successful and win plenty of races - and for one of our riders to get a top 3 placing in a Premier Calendar event.
